One segment that hit the hardest was the 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲. And it revealed something important:
→ Many professionals don’t struggle because of a lack of skill.
→ They struggle because they don’t fully comprehend the friction between them and their stakeholders.
→ A stakeholder isn’t just a client it can be your manager, teammate, or anyone whose expectations can accelerate or delay your day.
→ When context is missing or priorities aren’t aligned, even capable people get stuck.
The moment this clicked, the room shifted.
Those “𝗔𝗵𝗵, 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲” moments were unmistakable.
Then came our Farming Activity, the highlight of the day.
Every manager built their own “𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺,” named it, structured it, and immersed themselves completely.
What looked fun on the surface turned into a deeper lesson on ownership, growth, and decision-making.
Strong participation makes a strong room and this group showed up fully.
The previous week, we hosted a Leadership Workshop for the managers at Econz and what unfolded was far more than a session.
It became a day of clarity, reflection, and unexpected breakthroughs.
