I guess the answers in the question. In a recent complimentary mentoring sessions, one of the people I advised was particularly stressed about her work and personal life. Going through difficult medical conditions didn’t make it easy to resolve either. She mentioned she had to multi task like chew on 2 or more things at work or at home otherwise she would get terribly bored? How many of you feel this way? Well your not alone. More and more people seem to be getting infected (if I can use this term) with the multi-tasking as a cure for boredom. 🛑 While multi-tasking didn’t help either – it worsened the outcomes she was seeking and made her more stressed and anxious about every moment of her life. I seem to notice this more and more, is there a way out? Having worked with children for a while, teens predominately, later adults I have observed changes to one’s stress levels when they followed a certain daily discipline and process. >> Would you like to know more?
